​The Roving Learners take excursions throughout central Texas 2-3 times a week. We are back to visiting  museums, libraries, business, hiking trails, swimming holes/pools, cemeteries, parks, restaurants, local sights, etc. The students engage in academic activities each day, even on the excursions. During the excursions, they get hands on learning and are able to experience what they learn.
